Stewart R Cunningham Trail Lite Trekking Poles are fully telescopic so can be adjusted to suit the terrain and user, reducing the pressure on the knees, legs, hips and lower spine.  This increases your power on steep inclines and reduces stress on your thighs and lower legs when descending.  Soft anti-shock system to reduce stress on wrists and elbows which can be easily and quickly de-activated when required.  Maximum adjustment lenght 135 cm.

The aluminium 3 part pole should give you years of service if you follow these care instructions:

• Do not over extend the poles, i.e past the stop signs
• Do not over tighten pole
• Poles can be taken apart and washed in cold water
