Placing an Order Online
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods.
It is really very simple to place an order with us, follow these steps;
- Browse the website or search for something specific
- A lot of products will ask you to select the size you require and possibly the colour
- Click on the ‘Add to Basket’ icon to put the items in your shopping basket
- When you have finished shopping click on ‘Checkout’ and log into our secure servers to complete your order
- The checkout process is in 5 steps; Enter Details, Confirm Delivery Information, Delivery/ Billing Information, Enter Payment Details, Complete Your Order.
Once we have checked the availability and price of the goods, we will process your order and debit your card. A confirmation email will be sent informing you that your goods have been dispatched.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this via email. We will await your response before proceeding with your order.
We strive to keep the information on our website as accurate as possible, however we are human and therefore fallible. We will not accept any orders which contain pricing inaccuracies or where we feel an item has been described inaccurately.
Payment Method
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Solo and American Express. When placing an order the address given must be the same as that registered with your card company. Card payments are processed by Sage Pay.
Sale/ Special Offer Items
All Sale items or Special Offers are subject to availability and at the discretion of S R Cunningham’s. These can be withdrawn at any time and are ‘While Stock Lasts’.
Delivery
All UK orders are delivered using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Fedex. Worldwide orders are delivered using International Signed For. Please note: all our delivery methods require a signature upon receipt. Normally delivery is 2-3 working days within the UK and 5-7 working days for Europe and Rest of World, but may take longer at peak times as we are totally dependent on the carriers named above. We operate Monday – Friday and we are closed on 25th/ 26th December.

Please Note: Saturday and Next Day shipping is only guaranteed on orders placed before 15:00. If you require Saturday shipping please state this in the special requests box. Next Day orders placed after 15:00 on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday.

Non – Delivery
Any query regarding non- delivery must be notified to us as soon as possible so that we can make enquiries with our carriers. As a guide, if you haven’t received your order within 5 working days and you haven’t been told otherwise, please contact us.
Returns & Refunds
In the event that your purchase is not suitable please return it to us, unused and in its original packaging with labels attached within 14 days for a replacement or refund, enclosing a completed returns slip attached with this order. Please use registered mail or a guaranteed delivery service for all returns’, as proof of postage is not proof of delivery. You are responsible for the goods in return. If you require an exchange please be aware that you will be required to pay the cost of postage, for which we will charge £3, before any replacement is sent out. For Worldwide orders the charge will vary depending on the current cost of delivery to that country.
All refunds will be given as soon as possible taking into account the original method of payment.
Please note that we will not refund your costs incurred in returning goods to us unless the goods are faulty.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Faulty Goods
In the event that your purchase is not performing as it should or has developed a fault, please return it (in as clean condition as is possible) to us for inspection. We will deal with the matter accordance with your statutory rights. Once we have confirmed there is a problem, a replacement or refund will be offered. Please use registered mail or a guaranteed delivery service for all returns’, as proof of postage is not proof of delivery. You are responsible for the goods in return. If there is a fault we will refund your postage. All refunds will be given, at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to the refund, taking into account the original method of payment.

Complaints
Complaints will be dealt with fairly, confidentially and speedily. We will acknowledge the complaint within 5 working days and provide a time scale for resolving the dispute. We will keep you informed of what action we are taking.
