This windproof, water repellent STORMLOCK RIPSTOP gilet is great for wear over a fleece in cold, dry conditions or underneath a full-spec weather protective jacket when the winter weather turns mean. The MICROGUARD SILVER quilted interlining delivers great insulation and the fixed, thermal lined hood provides superb protection from the wind and the cold. Curved saddle stitched detailing underscores the fitted cut of the garment.
ULTRA LIGHT HOODDesigned for those times when you need your gear to be as lightweight as possible. Cut out of the body of the garment, i.e. firmly attached to the jacket, it thus offers maximum seam-free foul weather protection. An extended peak has been added for facial protection and the filed of vision can be regulated by a one-hand operated encapsulated drawcord toggle. The vertical elasticized cord in the neck area means the volume can be adjusted, to ensure a perfect fit and allow you to move your head without restricting your field of vision. MICROGUARD SILVER MICROGUARD SILVER consists of three components and delivers effective and comfortable insulation at a minimum weight: 1. A layer of fine micro fibres to provide optimal insulation at a minimum weight, a soft feel and superb compressibility (MICRO). 2. A stabilising outer layer of thermally bonded mixed fibres to provide a good loft and durability (GUARD). 3. An additional thin layer of breathable fleece with bonded silver particles on the contact side. These silver particles reflect the heat generated by the body and improve the heat retention properties by up to 20% (Silver). STORMLOCK RIPSTOP An extremely lightweight ripstop fabric (48g/m2) made from polyamide yarn with a very thin, microporous PU coating that renders the material windproof, durably water repellent and highly breathable. Logolining, fibreproof A premuim quality soft polyester lining material that prevents down and fibre loss and features a discreet all-over pawprint logo. Used in our down and synthetic fibre fill jackets. |
