Fly: POLYESTER 75 D This versatile synthetic fibre absorbs only 0.5% of its own weight in moisture and thus holds its shape well, even when wet. Also highly UV-resistant, it is durable and is easily coated or laminated. It is thus eminently suitable for use as a base material for functional jackets. In its ‘woven’ version we use it as the basis for fleece clothing, for our WARM ‘N UP range of performance underwear, in our ARMATECH PLUS rucksack material and in many of our footwear products.
Fly: POLYESTER RIPSTOP 75 D (4000 mm) A PU coated, waterproof, limited stretch polyester fabric (4000 mm water column rating), used for tent flysheets and tarps. A matrix of warp and weft ripstop threads enhances the tearstrength of the fabric.
