Tested on tour: ACTIVATE JACKET recommended by “Tours” magazine
For the January/ February issue of “Tours” magazine, their test team took our ACTIVATE JACKET down to the wintry Dolomites. They came back full of praise for the jacket. This was their verdict:
“The high-stretch properties of the material mean the jacket offers unimpaired freedom of movement. When things got too warm we just opened the front and chest pockets; this provided good ventilation. The practical chest pocket also proved to be a great place to carry the sunglasses case. The crowning glory of this stylistically perfect jacket is the fleece lined collar with its drawcord width adjuster.
JACK WOLFSKIN is one of the few manufacturers who have understood the need for a Velcro tab on the wrist. This is a crucial little detail and must be accurately designed using just the right amount of Velcro in order to optimise the function. In this case, less is more. It even looks cool!”
