Orders
Goods are normally dispatched next working day (working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank and public holidays). If we are unable to send out your order for any reason we will contact you by email or telephone as soon as possible.
Delivery
All on-line orders via the website are posted at a charge of £5.00 to UK destinations. We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Fedex 48 Hour Delivery. Please note : All our services require a signature on receipt. Normally, delivery is 1-3 working days, but may take longer at peak times, as we are totally dependant on the Post Office and couriers. This means that if you order on Monday you would normally receive it by Wednesday (Friday at the latest). If we are unable to deliver or the delivery will be delayed by us for any reason, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible. Non Delivery
Any query regarding non-delivery must be notified to us as soon as possible so that we can make enquiries with our couriers. As a guide if you haven't received your order within 3-4 days then please contact us.
Returns
If a product was supplied in error, is incomplete or faulty, please contact us via the contact page, email us or call 015394 35253 as soon as possible. If you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased from us, you may return the product to us and obtain a refund of the price of the returned product (excluding the cost of delivery) if you contact us within 15 days. In this case, products returned must still be new, unused, unmarked and in the original packaging for a refund of the price of the product. Any delivery charges paid by us will be deducted from the refund payment. When you do return the product, always include daytime contact details.
Payment methods
All orders must be paid for by credit card, UK debit card, cheque, postal order or bank transfer. We use a secure payment system that accepts Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Amex and Maestro. All prices are in UK pounds sterling (£) and credit card transactions for orders outside the UK will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates.
