A lightweight hat in INSECT REPELLENT NYLON with integral mosquito repellent HEALTH GUARD VITAL PROTECTION, a broad brim for all-round sun protection and a CoolMax mesh lining.
COOLMAX MESH A lightweight, airy mesh material made from CoolMax yarns. Four outer channels increase the surface area of the fabric and create extraordinarily high capillary forces to deliver very effective moisture transport. The material dries rapidly, is nice and soft, skin-friendly and retains its shape well. INSECT REPELLENT NYLON A polyamide ripstop fabric with integrated insect protection, courtesy of HEALTHGUARD VITAL PROTECTION. Tests have shown that fabrics treated in this way reduce the number of insects landing by approx. 45 %. The number of bites and stings is reduced by as much as 90 %. Unlike cosmetic skin protection agents, the effect remains unaffected by sweating or contact with water and is retained in full even after up to 50 wash cycles. It complies fully with ecological standards and poses no risk to human health. INSECT REPELLENT NYLON also has a high UV protection factor (UPF 40+) and dries fast. Weight: 75g (Size L) |
