COOLMAX DuPont’s hydrophobic copolymer, four-channel-fibre fabric; lightweight, improved pill-resistance, with superior moisture management for all-weather comfort in base layer garments, footwear and sportswear; available in both spun polyester and fine-denier filament. The special construction gives COOLMAX® a 20% larger surface area than conventional fibres, which means it can absorb more moisture and wick it away from the body to the next layer in the clothing system. The material thus feels dry on the skin, even when perspiration is heavy. COOLMAX® dries very rapidly, has a soft feel, is skin-friendly and keeps its shape well. 100 % Polyester. TEXAPORE TASLAN 2L Robust, textile touch polyester material. The TASLAN yarn has tiny little 'bristles' on the outer surface that give the fabric a cotton-like touch and improve the abrasion resistance. 100% polyamide. COOLMAX MESH A lightweight, airy mesh material made from CoolMax yarns. Four outer channels increase the surface area of the fabric and create extraordinarily high capillary forces to deliver very effective moisture transport. The material dries rapidly, is nice and soft, skin-friendly and retains its shape well. |
